Writing The Wrongs

Music is my therapy

I doubt I'm the only one out there that has a special relationship to music. I simply can't live without it, not in harmony at least.

Music can balance me out in a way nothing else can. I can be in any mood, and certain songs would make all thoughts disappear, simply filling me with it's sound and feelings.

My favorite song for this very effect is Weird Fishes/Arpeggi by Radiohead, from their newest album, In Rainbows. I really can't put my finger on it, but there's something about this song that simply gives me the chills. I'm instantly put at ease, completely calm, completely relaxed. It's like my reset button.

Love the album art!

Anyone else got a reset button? Or maybe an up-and-go button?

I`m impressed, I love your writing! Keep it up! I might turn my Norwegian nonsense into English as well...

Reset button, yes, up-and-go button, that too. At the moment my reset button is High And Dry by Raidiohead, The Bends. My up-and-go button is actually Kissing The Lipless by The Shins, Chutes Too Narrow. Perfect for rolling of the couch and do some laundry or what ever... What about up-and-dance button? I can`t sit still when I hear Wheres Your Head At by Basement Jaxx, I`m doing the hip-dance in my chair right now, at school, freak...

Hahaha, we've been doing some dancing in our chairs in the, err, russebil, as well ^^

We have several songs that simply kick us off, some being "I'm On A Boat" by The Lonely Island (very good parody of the hip-hop genre), "Idealistic" by Digitalism (though Chris doesn't really like it, so it's just me and Martin dancing) and "Yeah Yeah" by Bodyrox, hehe!
